Tomorrow morning, the Lincoln Leadership Academy, a charter school founded by former public school principal Sandra Figueroa, will hold its first-ever commencement exercises on Thursday morning.  Tomorrow evening at 6 PM, Ms. Figueroa will be my guest on Lehigh Valley Discourse.  She will be joined by two of her graduates, Karina Lovera and Abraham Delacruz.

Lincoln Leadership Academy’s students are almost exclusively Latino, many attending to seek an alternative to urban public schools.  Charter schools are controversial but can also be the ticket to a solid future.  Listen in as these issues will be explored by those closest to the controversy.

Join Community Action’s Alan Jennings as he welcomes Sandra Figueroa, Karina Lovera and Abraham Delacruz to Lehigh Valley Discourse, Tomorrow, June 6th at 6 PM.
